I have been spending quite a bit of time playing with all the new products in the NEW CTMH Seasonal Expressions catalog. Pure joy! Creativity definitely nourishes my soul and it is always very healing for me. ;)
Here is a card using paper from the new Hello Lovely paper pack, and the gold stripe is from All About the Gold Fundamentals. The stamps with matching dies are from the new Hello Lovely Cardmaking Thin Cuts Bundle.
I gold embossed the images, and for the flowers, I coloured them in with my inks and waterbrush.
I paired the Adore You (January SOTM) stamp set with the recently retired Season of Magic stamp to make this card.
The With Love banner was cut out of white daisy cardstock, then sponged with Raspberry ink, and I added a little extra sponging to give the ends a little darker shade for added depth. Then stamped the sentiment in black ink.
Lastly, I added some shimmer to the heart with a Shimmer Brush.
I received an email from Bloglovin' that informed me I had reached 600 followers.
So I figure it is time to celebrate with a little giveaway!
Up for grabs is a NEW January Stamp of the Month set, Adore You, and a couple of handmade cards I created using images from this stamp set.
All I ask is that you leave me a comment below telling me how you found my blog and I will enter you in the draw.
If you are not already a follower, please sign up either to receive my newest posts via email, or follow me via Bloglovin'. Both links can be found on the right side of my page, just scroll down a little. :)
I will draw a name next week, on Wednesday, January 18th at 12:00 pm MST.
(***This giveaway is also posted on my Facebook page.)
I thoroughly enjoyed having lots of company, and visits, and my daughters and their friend coming to stay with us for Christmas. Good times!
On Tuesday, Lee went back to work and Cole went back to school, so I had a full day at home by myself to start the daunting task of never-ending laundry, relax a little, and create this 2 page layout, using CTMH City Sidewalks papers and Complements. I soooo enjoy my quiet time, too!
I had a bunch of photos I wanted to use for this layout, but instead of making it too busy with a lot of pictures, I decided to add a Memory Protectors Pocket Plus page in the center, which just works as an extra smaller page to my layout.
